anonymous is pleased to be participating in the Editions and Partners section of NADA MIAMI, alongside BOND Hardware. The gallery will be presenting new work from Peter Sutherland.

Peter Sutherland (b. 1976, Ann Arbor, Michigan) lives and works in New York City. Working with painting, photography, sculpture and film, Peter Sutherland captures vignettes of American iconography. Overlaying and collaging his own photographic material, he makes associations with pop and cult imagery, nature and his associated environments.

Selected solo exhibitions have been held at The Contemporary Art Museum, St. Louis, Kinman Gallery, London; Fireplace Projects, East Hampton; Galerie Rodolphe Janssen, Brussels; White Cube Gallery, London; Bill Brady KC Gallery, Kansas; and ATM Gallery, New York. Sutherland’s work has been featured in a number of group exhibitions, including shows at the Magenta Plains, New York; Journal Gallery, New York; Zabludowicz Collection, London; Museum Dhont-Dhaenens, Lys, Belgium; the Nahmad Contemporary, New York; and Anonymous Gallery, Mexico City and New York.
